We provide medical transcription, clinical documentation generation, Medicare billing assistance and other AI-powered automated services to health care professionals via the MBSPro application (the “Services”). This Privacy Notice outlines how we manage the personal information of patients in connection with the Website and the Services.
We treat all personal information with the utmost integrity and respect. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
All patient data is stored exclusively in Australia.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of changes by uploading an updated version to the Website and displaying the current version for your consent each time you use the App.

Australian-based technology providers involved in hosting and operating the Services

Best Practice Integration and Non-Clinical Data
As an accredited software partner of Best Practice, we maintain robust data-sharing agreements.
These agreements allow us to access non-clinical data only, such as billing and appointment information, to support your doctor in selecting appropriate Medicare items and minimising your out-of-pocket costs.
We do not access or transfer any clinical notes or medical history from Best Practice outside Australia.
No identifying information from Best Practice ever leaves Australia.
Do we process information outside Australia?
No identifying personal information leaves Australia.
Priority processing occurs within Australia using secure, Australian-based infrastructure aligned with ISO 27001.
We do not sell, share or disclose personal information outside Australia.
How do we keep personal information secure?
We employ strict safeguards, including:
Hosting all data within Australia
ISO 27001–aligned infrastructure
Encryption of all data in transit and at rest
Multi-factor authentication and strict access controls
Real-time documentation display during consultations for accuracy
Automatic deletion of consultation audio, transcripts, summaries and documents within 24 hours, or earlier at your Practitioner’s request
How long do we retain your personal information?
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary:
Medical Information: deleted immediately after the consult with clinician option to start of maximum of 7 days
After these periods, personal information is permanently deleted or destroyed.
